We want you to love your ripple⁺ pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original mailer and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Return

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
